Developer Robert Finvarb Cos. announced that it has launched sales of units in a 15-story, short-term rental-friendly condo project in Miami Beach, allowing owners to lease the units or use them seasonally.
Finvarb said its 232-unit, fully furnished condo tower at 7140 Abbott Ave. is set for completion in late 2028. The property provides flexible ownership options because similar opportunities are scarce in the area. Units range in price from $570,000 to $2 million, with each furnished by Crate & Barrel. Sales are being led by OneWorld Properties, and the project was designed by Arquitectonica alongside TAG.
Amenities include ground-floor commercial space, valet parking and a fitness center. The property in the North Beach neighborhood is near the Miami Beach Bandshell, as well as retail and dining along Collins Avenue.
There is a clear evolution happening in North Beach. I grew up here, and I’ve watched it transform from a quiet coastal enclave into one of the most compelling areas in Miami Beach.
