Developer Robert Finvarb Cos. has revealed plans for a high-rise tower in Miami Beach. NoBe PARC Miami Beach is planned to measure 15 stories above grade and comprise 232 condos.
Floorplans will include studios and junior one-bedroom, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom layouts, measuring approximately 375 to 849 square feet, with prices currently ranging from $570,000 to $2 million. Owners have the option of offering their units as short-term rentals, made possible by area-specific zoning laws. Each unit will come outfitted with furnishings from Crate & Barrel, along with private terraces.
Amenities
Most communal amenities would be located on the tower’s fifth floor, with residents having access to a swimming pool, fitness center, and gaming lawns, among other features. Rooftop amenities would include a sunset lounge, yoga space, and semi-private gathering areas.
Arquitectonica and The Architects Group designed the venture, with V Starr as interior designer. The firm has another project in its South Florida pipeline: Hyatt Centric Wynwood, an eight-story, 116-key hotel, also set for a Q4 2028 completion. NoBe PARC Miami Beach is planned for 7140 Abbott Ave, Miami Beach, in Miami-Dade County, occupying a 1.24-acre site cleared to make way for new construction.
