Robert Finvarb Companies launched sales for its fully furnished, Airbnb-friendly development at 7140 Abbott Avenue in North Beach. Designed by Arquitectonica in collaboration with The Architects Group (TAG), the 15-story tower will comprise 232 residences in a highly walkable location near the beach as well as the oceanfront Miami Beach Bandshell and the Miami Beach Tennis Center.
Groundbreaking took place in Q1 2026, with completion expected in late 2028. Amenities at NoBe PARC include a beach-club experience, a fitness center, outdoor kitchens, gaming lawns, a children’s playroom, coworking spaces, and ground-floor commercial space. Prices start at $570,000, with a choice of fully furnished studios to three-bedroom residences, and the sales gallery is now open in North Beach.
